My Journey
Growing up as a competitive athlete in swimming and water polo shaped my disciplined and driven personality. However, after leaving sports, I faced challenges with self-confidence and weight gain. Without a physical outlet, I felt lost, yet my passion for health and fitness never waned.
Joining a gym was my first step to reclaiming my confidence, but gym anxiety held me back for years. It wasn't until I stepped out of my comfort zone and faced my fears that I truly began to thrive. By the age of 20, consistent training transformed not just my body but my entire life. Although I hold a commerce degree, my heart was set on helping others through fitness.
